]Our junior section is a huge part of the BCC setup in developing cricketers of the future. We have a Junior Coordinator who oversees the junior section as well as dedicated for each age group, meaning the juniors get to work with the same coaching team each week.

Alongside this juniors receive focused coaching support from our senior players for bowling, batting, wicket keeping and fielding to support the transition into senior cricket.
